Owners Mike and Anne have lived in the Madison / DeForest area most of their adult lives and have built strong roots here as well as the Central Wisconsin lakes area. We are always looking for new ways to build relationships and make contributions to the community we love.

Chamber Membership

Terra Firma Realty proudly supports the DeForest Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce and the Lodi & Lake Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce. We support as many community events as our schedule allows.

Giving Back

Terra Firma Realty supports local sports teams and other local groups such as the DeForest Area Food Pantry. We hosted our first free community shred event in June of 2019 and had such positive response from the community that we are excited to make it an annual event! Our Owner, Mike Coke, is a board member for PACRS, a non-profit organization focused on improving water quality. He is also a Co-Founder of the Blue Water Business Consortium which is a group of businesses advocating for cleaner water.  

Client Appreciation Events

Our team hosts several annual events to show our appreciation to clients and community members who support and trust us to take care of the important process of selling and buying their property. We "Boo" and "Egg" homes, leaving surprise treats for them. Each Thanksgiving we host our annual Dessert Day to give locally made pies and pastries to our raving fans. 

Volunteering

We are always looking for ways to volunteer in our community such as helping sand bag homes when the Yahara River flooded those homes along it's banks in 2018. 

Loyalty Club

Our clients and friends are the very best part of this business. We launched "Mike and Anne's MVP Club" to thank our friends and clients for trusting the Mike Coke Team and referring their friends and family. We form great relationships during the home buying and selling process that we hate to end at the closing table, so we host several events and monthly giveaways as a fun way to stay in touch.
