We enjoy all the benefits of having a team at Terra Firma Realty. We celebrate through the good times and support each other through challenges. We hold regular team events outside of work to build positive relationships and create a fun, relaxed working culture.
The most important aspect of the team is communication. Between our agents, support staff and management, we rely on good communication to keep transactions running as smooth as possible. Poor communication can lead to conflict among the team, so we have systems in place to help keep lines open and prevent wires from getting crossed.
We set team and individual goals based on the results we want in our professional and personal lives. The clarity that this brings helps us focus and stay on target.
Each team member contributes his/her fair share. Including helping out with open houses, alternating days and weekends on floor, and covering for appointments when a colleague is on vacation or sick. Team members are committed to their work and invested in the success of the company.
Team members have the support of our team leaders with daily huddles and one-on-one office time available. They also enjoy the support of our Transaction Coordinator for making sure deadlines are met and closings run smoothly. We want our clients to feel like they are the only client, so we utilize licensed Showing Assistants and team members to assist with showings and open houses when schedules fill up.
We value the unique experiences and personalities that every member brings to the team. The different perspectives lead to creative ideas and solutions that help us all grow.
Strong leadership is the glue that holds the team together. Our team leaders continue to grow by routinely attending national conferences and sharing their knowledge, experience, and new concepts with our team. Our team leaders set the pace, encourage and motivate the team, as well as hold the team accountable.
We have several systems in place to keep the business running smoothly and help us reach our goals. Team members are responsible for organizing their personal workload, with daily huddles and weekly team meetings to use as a sounding board for any obstacles and to celebrate successes.
