As a second generation realtor, I’ve grown up in and around the business giving me the knowledge of what it takes to be successful and what that success can look like. My parents started the business in 2010 but had worked for a real estate developer 10 years prior to starting Terra Firma Realty.

Initially, the brokerage focused primarily on lake properties and has been ranked number one in lakefront sales since 2010 for the South Central Wisconsin MLS which consists of more than 5,000 agents. Our team is ranked in the top 10 of their MLS. I personally have been involved in over 225 transactions since I went full-time in 2016. This is an average of 37.5 families helped per year. This yearly average is 5 times higher than the national average according to the National Association of Realtors.  

Before making real estate my primary focus I spent several years in medical device sales working for the largest medical device company. During this time I was able to hone my skills working in high-pressure situations like the operating room and catheterization lab. Before that, I spent a brief time coaching in the athletic arena as a football position coach as well as a strength and conditioning coach for multiple sports teams. 

My success is due to multiple factors such as taking the approach of serving before opportunity. Simply put I serve my community without the expectation of a business opportunity arising. In any industry, the most successful are those that have a support team around them. These things combined with my work ethic and core values have set me apart from the competition.
